The Charles River Public Internet Center in Waltham, MA is a 501(c)(3)
nonprofit, educational organization. Our center seeks to ensure that
everyone has an equal opportunity to become computer literate and has access
to the power of the Internet. The CRPIC provides much needed low and
no-cost computer and Internet access and training for individuals and
organizations. The CRPIC offers computer training for a variety of purposes
and audiences, as well as Internet and software access for the whole
community.
We have free public access 6 days a week.
Monday to Thursday Noon - 8pm
Friday Noon - 4pm
Saturday 9am - 4pm
During the times that we offer free public access, we also offer FREE
one-on-one tutoring. Anyone from the community can make an appointment for
a half-hour session. Tutors are volunteers from Bentley College. They can
help the absolute beginner or the person wishing to set up an email account
or the person who needs to post a resume. We encourage all to take
advantage of this incredible opportunity. There is no cost and there is no
catch.
